The pre-mix muffin

Hemp ... yesterday did another 1/3 of this pre-mix blueberry muffin. But got to snap the mini size muffin this time. Overall they taste nice and soft.

NONA Muffin Blueberi

I got this pre mix muffin blueberi NONA brand from tesco last week. Try out 1/3 of the mixture. Add in 33 gm of water and 1 egg, beat with wisks 2 mins. Add in 40 gm of corn oil. Mix until nicely blend. Baked at 180 for about 15 min. Got about 12 mini muffins. Didn't get to snap the picture as the muffins was all fast gone.
